Omari's Big Tree and the Mighty Djembe

Published: August 30, 2022

"Our gift to the next generation is to prepare them to be global citizens, global thinkers. Books can be that point of entry. The real world is a salad bowl, not a melting pot. And a healthy bookshelf should be as the real world is - an array of ideas, contexts and experiences that not only grow our children up but develop their understanding of the world." - Abena Sankofa Imhotep
