Coach W's Breakfast!

Recovery doesn't mean "eat whatever you want!" No no no no no. You'll gain weight QUICK and ain't nobody got time for that. Since I'm not burning the calories I was before my injury and surgery, I had to cut back. Less carbs, more fruits and veggies, nuts, less sugar (which turns into carbs when broken down, Lord help me), stay hydrated, and then plenty of rest.

Eat until you're satisfied, not until you're stuffed. And get some color on that plate!
